Delivery area

We currently deliver within Saudi Arabia to areas covered by our shipping partners. If you are outside the Kingdom and wish to order, please contact us via the Contact page to review shipping options.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your city, shipping method, and product availability. In general:

• Major cities: 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation and processing.
• Other areas: 3 to 7 business days.

Estimated time is shown at checkout before you complete your order and may be longer during sales or holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, delivery address, and active promotions. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount when displayed on the site. The final cost is shown clearly in the cart and checkout.

Order processing and dispatch

After you place your order successfully:

• You receive a confirmation email with your order number.
• We process orders within 1–2 business days (custom or out-of-stock items may take longer).
• When shipped, you receive a tracking number by email or SMS when available.

Track your order from your account under My Orders or via Track Your Order at the top of the site.

Receiving your package

Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct. When receiving your order:

• Inspect the package with the courier when possible.
• If there is visible damage or missing items, refuse delivery or document it immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Delays or lost shipments

If delivery exceeds the estimated time significantly, contact us with your order number. We will follow up with the carrier. If loss is confirmed, we will reship or refund according to store policy.

Important notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failure to respond to courier calls.
• Oversized or heavy items may require special delivery arrangements; we will contact you if needed.
• Shipments are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
