Shipping

We offer local shipping within Saudi Arabia through trusted delivery partners. Standard and express options may be available depending on your area and product availability. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We currently focus on delivery within Saudi Arabia. If you are outside the Kingdom and wish to order, please contact us via the Contact page and we will review shipping options with you.

Delivery time depends on your city and the shipping method you choose. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days after confirmation and processing. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.

Payment

We accept several secure payment methods available in the store, such as bank cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard) and e-wallets when enabled. All available options are shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Order & Returns

Browse products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details and payment method. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via Contact or our hotline with your order number. We will try to modify or cancel it before dispatch. After shipping, our return and exchange policy applies.
